I celebrated the theatre opportunity I had today when I got off of work in the morning.  Enjoyed some apple crepes from The Original Pancake House.  Trying out new things on their menu is rather amusing.  These crepes had some sort of cinnamon and sour cream sauce in the inside with the apples.  It didn't taste bad but it was definitely something different.

Other than having that celebratory meal there was not much accomplished today.  My gerbil's cage needs to be cleaned but we lack garbage bags and it is rather hard to clean it out when you can't throw away the bedding.  Feel so bad for Falkor, but I will try to get it cleaned as soon as I can.

I've gotten tired of eating my lettuce roll-ups already.  Need to come up with something to add to them that will make them more interesting to my pallet again.  Considering cutting up tomatoes and putting that on it.  Then I have to go and buy tomatoes.  Ah well, we shall see.

The daunting task of staying on my diet is hard enough without getting tired of foods.  At work they like to give us free food and most of the time that food is not good for you.  They gave us ice cream bars and popsicles because it was so hot out. (I believe we were the hottest place in the united states today.)  It's really hard to resist those, but at least they gave us the option of a low calorie popsicle.   I think they gave us ice cream on Sunday too.  Ugh, they are killing me!  Might have to begin resisting free food even though it is free. : (
